On November 6, 2025, a seminar was held at the “Railway Transport” branch of “Uzbekcoal” Joint Stock Company, dedicated to the content and significance of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 5, 2025, “On Conflict of Interest,” as well as to the causes and forms of corruption. The event was organized under the theme “Preventing everyday corruption should be a top priority for every employee.”

During the seminar, participants were informed in detail about different types of conflicts of interest, their consequences, and the concept of corruption. It was noted that corruption is not limited to large-scale political or economic areas, but can also appear in everyday situations.

Speakers emphasized that everyday corruption — which occurs in ordinary, routine interactions — contributes to the formation and deepening of a corruption culture. At the end of the event, employees were reminded of the importance of personal responsibility, honesty, and strict adherence to the principles of integrity and the law.
