Dear employees and veterans of the coal industry, dear colleagues!

The year coming to an end will be remembered for stable growth and significant achievements in our country’s coal industry. In particular, thanks to the large-scale work carried out by the team of Joint-Stock Company “Uzbekcoal” and the dedicated efforts of our miners, coal production volumes have increased substantially.

Today, we can confidently say that we are concluding the year with strong performance indicators. On the one hand, the growth in coal production ensures a stable supply of local fuel to sectors of the economy, budgetary organizations, and the population; on the other hand, it is closely linked to the measures being taken to develop our enterprise and enhance the material well-being of miners.

In order to further increase production, partnership ties are being expanded. Notably, new steps have been taken in the field of foreign economic relations, and productive negotiations have been held with international partners. These meetings demonstrate the ambitious nature of our future plans and the new opportunities opening up before us.

In the coming year, we will continue to increase solid fuel production. Fulfilling the important tasks set by our government—ensuring uninterrupted supply of domestic coal to economic sectors, the social sphere, and the population—is an honorable and responsible duty for our workforce. This will be our significant contribution to the development of the Motherland and the well-being of the people.

Mining is a noble profession that requires courage, patience, and resilience. You, dear miners, truly deserve the highest respect and recognition. I express my deep gratitude to you for your hard work deep underground, through which you bring light and warmth to our country. On the eve of the New Year, I sincerely congratulate all of you. I wish you good health, peace and prosperity to your families, and great success in your responsible work. May the coming year be prosperous, successful, and fruitful for our team!
