"Oʻzbekkoʻmir" AJ: birinchi yarim yillik yakunlari va galdagi ustuvor vazifalar

Joriy yilning 27-iyul kuni Oʻzbekiston milliy matbuot markazida "Oʻzbekkoʻmir" AJ masʼullari ishtirokida oʻtkazilgan matbuot anjumanida "Oʻzbekkoʻmir" AJda 2023 yilning I-yarim yilligi yakunlari va galdagi dolzarb vazifalar boʻyicha maʼlumotlar berildi.

"Oʻzbekkoʻmir" AJda 2023 yil yanvar-iyun oylari yakuniga koʻra, kon ustini ochish ishlari 11,1 mln. kub metr yoki prognozga nisbatan 102,0 foiz bajarildi, oʻtgan yilning mos davriga nisbatan oʻsish surʼati 133,2 foizni tashkil qildi.
Koʻmir qazib chiqarish 2 347,5 ming tonnaga yoki rejaga nisbatan 102,8 foiz (2 283,4 ming tonna) bajarildi. Isteʼmolchilarga 2 266,4 ming tonna koʻmir yetkazib berilib, reja 107,1 foizga (2 115,5минг tonna) bajarildi.

Ishlab chiqarish amaldagi narxlarda 605,5 mlrd. soʻmga bajarilib, rejaga nisbatan 101,8 foizni, ishlab chiqarish taqqoslama narxlarda esa 518,2 mlrd. soʻmni tashkil qilib, rejaga nisbatan 100,9 foizga bajarildi.
Mahalliylashtirish dasturi boʻyicha 2,6 mlrd. soʻmlik togʻ-kon uskunalari ehtiyot qismlari va yer osti uskunalari oʻzlashtirildi, bu borada rejaga nisbatan 105,4 foiz natijaga erishildi.
Oʻtgan olti oy davomida debitor qarzdorlik 498,0 mlrd. soʻmni tashkil qildi (oʻtgan yilning mos davriga nisbatan oʻsish surʼati - 131,5 foiz ( oʻtgan yilning mos davri 378,7 mlrd. soʻm). Kreditor qarzdorlik 323,2 mlrd. soʻmni tashkil qildi (oʻtgan yilning mos davriga nisbatan oʻsish surʼati - 89,9 foiz (oʻtgan yilning mos davri 359,3 mlrd. soʻm) ga bajarildi.
Dastlabki oʻrganishlarga koʻra, koʻmirga talab shu yilning oʻzida 1,5 baravarga oshishi kutilmoqda. Shundan kelib chiqib, Prezidentimiz Shavkat Mirziyoyev tomonidan 11 may kuni energiya taʼminoti masalalariga bagʻishlangan yigʻilishda Oʻzbekistonda koʻmir qazib olishni koʻpaytirish boʻyicha bir qator vazifalar belgilab berildi.
Yuqoridagilarga asosan, "Oʻzbekkoʻmir" AJda 2023 yil uchun tasdiqlangan rejalarga oʻzgartirish kiritildi. Yaʼni, joriy yilda jamiyat tomonidan 5,8 mln tonna koʻmir qazib chiqarilishi rejalashtirildi.

Buning uchun jamiyat tomonidan mavjud togʻ-kon texnikalari va vositalarini taʼmirlash hamda yangilarini xarid qilish choralari koʻrilmoqda.
Jumladan, joriy yilda texnikalarni taʼmirlash uchun 255 mlrd soʻmlik ehtiyot va butlovchi qismlari hamda 82 ta maxsus togʻ-kon texnikalarini xarid qilish choralari koʻrilmoqda.

2023/2024 yillar kuz-qish mavsumi uchun Respublika byudjet tashkilotlariga 491,7 ming tonna, aholiga 1 190,8 ming tonna koʻmir mahsuloti yetkazib berilishi rejalashtirilib, ushbu koʻmir mahsulotlari jamiyatning "Koʻmir taʼminot" MCHJga tegishli viloyatlardagi mavjud koʻmir omborlari orqali yetkazib beriladi.

Byudjet tashkilotlariga joriy mavsum uchun koʻmir mahsulotlari may oyidan yetkazib berilishi boshlanib, joriy yilning 26 iyul holatiga
252 ming tonna 2BR markali koʻmir mahalliy koʻmir yetkazib berildi. Jumladan, Maktabgacha va maktab taʼlimi vazirligi tizimiga ‒ 193 ming tonna, Sogʻliqni saqlash vazirligi tizimiga ‒ 26 ming 400 tonna, Madaniyat va turizm vazirligi tizimiga ‒ 1 ming 300 tonna, Sport vazirligiga ‒ 900 tonna, Oliy va oʻrta maxsus taʼlim vazirligi tizimiga ‒ 30 ming 100 tonna.

Aholi isteʼmolchilarini koʻmir yoqilgʻisi bilan taʼminlash ishlari joriy yilning 2 iyul kunidan boshlanib, 26 iyul holatiga 85 ming tonna
2 BZR 25-500 markali koʻmir yetkazib berilgan.

Ayni kunlarda "Koʻmir taʼminot" MCHJga qarashli 89 ta hududiy koʻmir ombori va 12 ta shaxobchalar faoliyat olib bormoqda hamda kuz-qish mavsumiga tayyorgarlik ishlari olib borilmoqda. Aholiga sifatli xizmat koʻrsatish va qulaylik yaratish maqsadida "Koʻmir taʼminot" MCHJ tomonidan 43 ta "ISUZU" 11 ta "MAN" rusumli yuk mashinalari hamda 62 ta avtoyuklagich jalb etilgan.

Aholi uchun moʻljallangan koʻmir mahsuloti "Koʻmir taʼminot" MCHJga qarashli hududiy koʻmir omborlari va shoxobchalari orqali, hududiy MFYlar tomonidan berilgan va mahalliy hokimliklar tasdiqlagan jadval asosida tarqatilmoqda.
Aholini ijtimoiy himoya qilish dasturi doirasida mahalliy koʻmir narxi oʻzgarishsiz qoldirilib, 1 tonna koʻmir uchun ‒ 300 300 soʻm narx belgilangan. Koʻmirning markali 2-BZR boʻlib, fraksiyasi 0-300 mm dan 25-500 mm gacha.

Alohida qayd etish kerakki, hududlarga koʻmir mahsulotini yetkazib berish aholi ehtiyojidan kelib chiqqan holda yoʻlga qoʻyilmoqda. Bunda har oy uchun alohida tasdiqlangan grafiklar amal qiladi.

Matbuot anjumanida "Oʻzbekkoʻmir" AJ va "Koʻmir taʼminot" MCHJ mutasaddilari tomonidan mavzu boʻyicha jurnalist va blogerlarni qiziqtirgan savollarga atroflicha javob berildi.
